The Library Board shall be an advisory board to the City Council.

Meetings

The board meets at 5:45 p.m. on the fourth Monday of each month. Generally the meetings are held at the Central Library, 801 W. Irving Blvd.

The board consists of nine Irving resident, one seat is to be appointed by the Friends of the Library Board.
